As per title I have an original 'fat' PS3 for sale.
The console originally came with a 40gig hard-drive which has since been upgraded to a brand new 120gig HDD fresh from my new slim. There are some markings on the top of the console which you look for scratches - pesky shiny exterior - but I'd say it is in good condition. I bought the PS3 brand new from the GAME branch in Worcester last Jan/Feb (2008), In that time I have had zero problems with the console.
Included in the sale is everything that came within the box - console, sixaxis controller, controller charge cable, power lead, and the AV cable.
