Yes, I have two.

I think they are great. They do a much better job on the new iPhones compared to the original though.

They really do boost the sound significantly. And for listening to the radio or podcasts they add a nice softness and depth the audio which is much more pleasing. ( as well as the obvious jump in volume )

The whole thing about it not needing any batteries or power of any kind is amazingly novel though. I keep one on my desk at work and one in the drawer in the bathroom and its loud enough to hear in the shower.
