Xbox 360 help

I have a flashed console, works fine no probs, i think its 1.5 and benq drive.
got new cod and when i put disc in it just say play dvd ??? so i play and it just have a xbox logo and thats all.
do i need to update to 1.6 or higher
how do i do that ???

You need to either patch the game back to wave 3 to make it work on 1.5. Or use an activation disk to boot it on 1.6 unpatched.

Patch it you mean? Or update to 1.6? Update is a case-opening job, patch is software (but not "safe", ie is fairly easily detectable to m$)

If you're offline only you're fine, patch it and play it on 1.5

Google wave 4 to wave 3 patcher and you'll find it somewhere I'm sure. Patch the game and it'll load.

And yeah to update the f/w on the dvd drive to 1.6 you'd have to open the case and re-flash the drive

then choose my iso file and pressed start
Nah thats not done mate sorry.

Abgx will patch a game's stealth files, but not convert it from wave 4 to 3 (without the relevant files anyway) That one would only work on 1.6 still.

The patcher thats floating around will do all the work to make it run on 1.5
