Sorry for confusing you guys..

To cut the long story short , I am fully entitled to sell it...( My friend asked me to buy it for him,I paid for it and he forgot to carry it with him so it needs to be sold)

I have priced it competitively ;check the web to confirm...

This is new and not refurb...comes in original box

If u click on 4th link you will see all the accessories-charger,usb cable,handsfree headphones.Also included is N gage activate free game voucher,,,

Since this is a UK Nokia so i guess It's warranty would be applicable for 24 months but I have no warranty receipts...someone got it as a contract upgrade and we bought from him and sellers do not share their contract details with buyers to claim warranty..
