Good deal but the game will become redundant in a week tomorrow when Left 4 Dead 2 is released, everyone would be playing that instead.

I'm not sure people will abandon it. There are some great levels which I will continue to play on survival mode even when I buy L4D2. Unless they port them across of course

Just because a sequel is being released doesn't mean that nobody will play the original. Some examples? Half Life, older Unreal and Quake games, COD2 (I won't say COD4 because the two sequels to it aren't good). Some people may prefer the first one and at this price I would recommend people cashing in as it is very cheap for a year old game.

I would go for the amazon deal though,18p more but they have a much better reputation, not that I have ever had any trouble with shopto.

You'd have to be mad to buy L4D so close to the sequal. I'm not saying don't buy L4D1 at all, just wait awhile. It's bound to be a Steam Weekend deal for a fiver after L4D2 has been out awhile.

The Dead Before Dawn mod was finally released for the PC version, it looks amazing! Pretty hefty at 1.1gb too.

also fifa09 over fifa10...because fifa10 has been designed for useless 09 players
