EXPIRED - paypal funds ?

hi, i know this is a big ask but i had a paypal transaction going through and had to cancel the direct debit and there was one more going through for £18.95. so now my paypal is in negative balance, would someone please help me and pay in £18.95 ppg to my account and i will pay them back £20.00 by bank transfer. i am in barclays and can do it online.
please.
