Is it possible to load Vista or Xp on to a Windows 7 laptop?

Not too sure about drivers, though, depends on the laptop...

When I try to load my Windows XP disc it says setup cannot continue because the version of Windows on your computer is newer than the version on the CD

me too, shouldn't be messing with Fdisk if s/he doesn't know how to install XP.

Going back to XP I can understand - but Vista? Win 7 is just Vista done right! Vista will be slower and more annoying than Win 7.

Some new PCs won't have XP drivers available. Could cause install problems.
