The Apple store's return policy?

Does anyone know what the returns policy is on iPhones at the Apple store? I know it's 14 days but is it like O2 where it doesn't matter if you've used the phone?

I've had mine for a couple of days I'm kinda regretting spending £440 on a 3GS now. I'm thinking that maybe I should've bought a 3G from here or Ebay instead. Would've saved myself 200 quid like!

I think they have a 14 day no questions ask policy, but ask for 10% of the price of the product for restocking fees, thats off the top of my head though
