EXPIRED - Help Trying To unlock iphone 3g

Looking for some help trying to unlock a 3g iphone on 3.0 firmware, tried using redsnow and blackra1n but it wont work any ideas??

update ur version to 3.1.2 then jailbreak it thru blackra1n .. unlock it thru blacksn0w

As above you need to be onthe latest firmware first then run blackrain. Then blacksnow to unlock
