Comes with outer cardboard sleeve.

In excellent condition, with only the most minor marks on the outer sleeve. Everything else in pristine condition.

Sorry - I can't - the postage alone will cost at least 90p. And also, this version has the cardboard slipcase, which isn't included when bought now.
