hi a friend of mine is turning 21 soon and looking to get some decorations etc for her party would like a personlised banner ballons etc where is best/cheapest place to get stuff from??

instead of thinking cheap and ready made, think cheap and home made!
imo stuff that has personal touch/ theme is nicer than mass produced

asdas do a fab kit and its only a few pounds, silver triangle bunting with red letters to spell out your message, they also do badges that you can stick your names on, very easy to do x

eBay is probably your best bet.
Do you have an shop in town which sells things like birthday helium balloons? We do and they also sell lots of 18/21/50th bday etc. stuff so maybe worth a look if you have a shop like this.
