Does this mean that the track is completed now, no more getting the bus from Victoria to Piccadilly?

Will the work ever be completed? I believe the city centre is, but there is work on the Northern lines I think.
Clicked on ops link. There is a quote from an official on there saying the work was completed on time and on budget!!!!
Where on earth is he talking about?

Nice picture of Tevez by the way, celebrating United's winner against Wigan to virtually win the league last season.

What a great signing he's turned out to be. Nearly as good as Bridge and Lescott.
