MW2: Destroying killstreaks?

Yes another MW2 thread..! I apologies if your getting a little tired of seeing these threads.....

:P but i cant find online so i shall ask the pros on here to see what the answer is..

on cold blooded, the challenge is to destroy 40 killstreaks. however i have no idea what that means.. at first i thought it meant destroy enermy crates which fall down..
(yes it went very very wrong very quickly...)

but on reflection, does it actually mean i need to take down 40 choppers/harriers/turrets?

Killstreaks are when people are gaining consecuative kills, if you kill someone who has four or more consecutive kills you end their killstreak, its very easy to do

Might be wrong but dont think that is the one.

You have to destroy UAV's, choppers, sentry guns etc... with the cold blooded perk on. Takes a while. Just always have stinger missle ready and shoot drone planes etc..... just knife sentry guns as they wont see you

strange - I'm wioth iNSOMANiAC - I thought it was killing people who were about to get a kill streak?

When you kill someone who is on 3 or more kills in a row it comes up on the screen - you destroyed blah blah's kill streak - or somehting like that?

I'm not 100% though the manual sucked a bit so everyone is just working things out as they go along!

My tip:

Always carry the Stinger as a secondary unless you are a sniper, you can pick up so many XP per round from taking down Pavelows, UAVS, AC130s etc etc

I think it says BUZZKILL when you break a streak,

i'm with insomniac too, i've took down so many choppers, guns, ac130's and it has never said i've stopped a killstreak. However when i've killed other guys at times it has said stopped a killstreak. Could be wrong but that was my take on it.

Playing domination yesterday - someone on the other team had a tactical nuke (presumably a killstreak reward). Wiped us out and won the game...........WTF is that about!!
