Had been to local poundland store in Derby and noticed that they were selling a scented incense sticks in various varieties for a pound.
what you get?
3 different flavors of 100 each incense sticks.
I bought one myself.
I know its not for everyone's like....but some may want them.

I honestly do not reccomend this. Although you're getting 100sticks for 99p, these give off a horrible smell (not all) and do not last. seeing as these are only 99p I guess your not wasting any money if you buy a pack, but i recommend buying something like Nagchampa or pure sandlewood incense sticks. Sure, you wount get 100 for 99p but you will get 10-20 very strong aromatic sticks that will LAST you and keep the smell in your house much longer for the extra couple of quid. I have loads of cool incense sticks and these cheap stuff are nothing in comparision to what you can get from some indian stores etc.
My friend who is a Hindu gets me a load of cool incense sticks from his local Hindu Temple. If you know somebody, I'd suggest asking them and staying off these lol

Incense sticks from Poundland are just rubbish. Leaves so much of ash and fumes without any good smell....f

I so agree with this post .

magchampa is one of the nicest fragrances and u can get them off ebay also.

Dont waste ur pound on these as ash will be all over the place

i buy monsoon rose smelling ones - they're a light scent and long lasting..they're lovely. personally i find some indian/asian shops have these sticks burning, and the smell is a tad too strong for me ..

dont fancy poundland ones, but will keep a lookout for the brand recommended above

Poundland incence do not do the job - you need to get to a corner shop and get an authentic Indian or Pakistani one's (with either Hindi or Urdu writing on the sides). Normally 30 dor 50p (or 59p in the more out of town ones)

are they really smokey?
I love incense, but only buy them from the local Indian suppliers as have had alternatives in the past and they were horrid.
They are only 99p per pack normally from the Indians anyway

Incense is by far better than any chemical aerosol or plug-in contraption.
I use Incense from India, cant recall the brand but they are very very good.
