It is quite normal for some purchases to track at the wrong amount and update to the correct amount when the retailer validates the cashback, so there is no need to worry at the moment.
However, if this does not rectify itself you will need to raise an incorrect earnings enquiry by going to Home page - Support - Earnings Enquiries - Compose Earnings Enquiry (

You will need to have the following information to hand for this:
Your order reference in the format of WS, WE or IS 7 or 8 digits eg WS8145732
