looks like a good deal to me im just sorry i bought a sony camcorder before spotting this one.

They also have another jvc model for 10 pounds more but i think the specs are pretty similair.

2% quidco as well.

they still had a couple in the manchester store when i went down today...so you could save on the delivery but you would miss out on quidco..

You might be buying my old one!

I had this same model but took it back to Jessops on Friday. Unbelievable amounts of operating noise went straight into the mics, making it unusable in anything but the loudest conditions.

Tried another of the same model in the shop, and it was just as bad. Upgraded to a Panasonic which is MUCH better.

JVC have also admitted that many of their models, including this one, suffer from a rogue "lens cover not removed" message and have agreed to fix any cameras with this fault. But buying B-grade stock like this might complicate matters.

You might be luckier with this camera, but I thought I'd warn you.

The Panasonic deal also posted today from Bargaincrazy would be a better buy, in my opinion.
