That sounds pretty good, actually - any idea if the firmware can be modified to play divx?

Think about how small 1.8 actually is, not much bigger than a phone screen.

Don't think the chips in these are capable of AVI play back, hence the AMV format. But for a few quid more you can get a Sempra or Kpac with larger higher res screen, SD slot and AVI compatability. Build so, so, but images crystal clear on these two. No problems with size.

Can't see a kpac 4GB model for £35, can only see the 2GB model - can you give me a direct link?

Would normally agree, but they seem to have really improved recently - no problem with my last 3 orders and one DOA was sorted in 3 days, they even emailed over a return postage paid label.

Don't think there is a 4gb version, but the Kpac does take SD card expansion and the ability to play AVI along with the improved screen makes it vastly superior for the money.

I looked on saverstore and I can't see the 2gb version anymore for £35.xx only can see the white one which is more expensive.
I bought it on thursday night and the total price was £35.xx havent had it delivered yet though!
The reason I went for the Kpac was due to the screen being slightly bigger.

I don't intend to highjack this post, but does anybody know which ones are good?

I'm interested in the sumvision sempra, but there are no great comparison sites.

And this is a good deal, voted hot. Thanks in advance guys

Check out user reviews at Ebuyer & SVP.

I have a Kpac and it is superb for the money. No reason to think the Sempra isn't as good, but the slightly larger screen on the Kpac swung it for me.

the KPAC rocks!!!!!!! I ordered it from saverstore on friday, it was delivered this morning and already I figured out how to put a dvd on it the quality is excellent! as well as the conversion software with it.
It is tiny though - when i opened up the box i laughed out loud!!
i definitely recommend it for £35.99
