Can I post deals from Thomann?

My first inclination is no though, as you say it's not UK based. However, looking at the website, they are "UK facing", in that you can view and pay in UK GBP.

I've never used or heard of these guys but it's worth adding in their favour that I just typed "FORMAC GALLERY 2010 PLATINUM DVI" into Kelkoo & Thomann were the first name listed.....on the downside the price was not overly competative (but this was only one item chosen at random......).

We'd like to get a bit more member feedback on the site if possible

A 3 year warranty is very good, Worth paying a bit extra for that!

I used them almost exclusively when I ran my music studio, good gear, low prices, excellent customer support. Much better than Can**** Audio ;)

No problems waiting, I totally understand also. The do seem very europe-wide orientated as has been mentioned though. My personal experience has been very good when purchasing PA equiptment from them - they have some excellent prices on PA amplifiers etc (obviously very heavy items so the free shipping is great!). Also their DJ equipment (mixers and decks etc) is good value and they seem to have a vast range of musical instruments - may be of interest to quite a few people.

I always find a good way of testing a company is to try ringing there CS line before buying - certainly its not a fool-proof method - but did this with Thomann and they were very responsive, friendly and polite.

Think its worth posting their deals.
Just found very cheap prices on bs300 speaker stands.
If you have visa you can pay normally and not incur bank charges,the other way is bank transfer but your bank may charge you (i checked its £19 for bank of scotland).It still works out cheaper than elsewhere tho.
Maybe somebody could suggest another way? pay over counter?

There is a way of doing Bank Transfer to Europe that DO NOT incur HEAVY charges but for the life of me I can't remember the details.

I've tried a quick search but failed so far, however, I will continue to search.

I tried posting a deal for them when I first joined, and it was removed (by emmajk42) as it wasn't a UK based site...

I'd bought a talk box from them for about £50 less than anywhere in the UK, and it came delivered by UPS within a few days, just before Christmas.

Service and product was excellent - highly recommended company.

Got 2 bs300 speaker stands for 61 delivered,they want 60 quid for one in uk!.
Have checked other items on site they`re not the cheapest with some things tho but 3 yr warranty is great especially with electronic items.
