Selected Xbox 360 games half price at PC World *INSTORE ONLY*

Was in PC World today looking for King Kong (well you never know) and they have some 360 games stickered "Half Marked Price".

There were around 5 or 6 and the ones I remember are listed below. I have also shown the current cheapest price on Find-games

Superman Returns - stickered £25 so £12.50 (findgames £26.99)
Eragon - stickered £25 so £12.50 (findgames £17.99)
GRAW Classics edition £20 so £10 (findgames £14.99)

There were some £40 games with half price stickers but not anything too recent.

Didn't confirm the price at checkout as I already have Graw still to play!!

Not available online INSTORE ONLY

Try out your local currys too .. i found a King Kong in a bargain bin in currys with £19.99 on .. took it to counter and it was 97p .. you never know your luck

Went to PC World at Thurrock lakeside in essex and they had no games at all reduced.

Maybe its a bank holiday weekend offer that the store you went to had started early?

Done a stock search online for the games at my local store and apparantly none in stock but will go down at the weekend in case the stock is wrong. Will probably get Superman for £12.50 and complete it and ebay it to get my money back or sell to my mate

Went to my local store this morning, which there were 2 clearance bins loaded with ds, psp, ps2, xbox 360 games.
I was informed that the pos has yet to be printed, though the weekend offer on the clearance games are -
Anything priced upto £10 - get £2.50 off marked price
priced £10-£20 - get £5.00 off marked price
priced £20-£30 - get £7.50 off marked price
priced £30-£40 - get £10.00 off marked price

Seems stores are making up there offers as they go

Went to my local store (Aintree, Liverpool) and their was nothing reduced and no sale bins, the only cheap game I saw was LMA 2007 which was £19.99

Went back today (Southampton Central) and the pos is still up and valid until all clearance stock gone.
I got Cars on 360 £19.97 less £5
Also picked up Saints Row from the normal fixture as price was £24.97 (ending in 97 identifies a clearance item) and was given £7.50 off

Still plenty of stock on all formats - will be interesting to see if they go to half marked priced as per OP's store.
