Paul Smith designer shoes for a fraction of the price

£30.00

FOUND BY: man2392 2 years, 5 months ago

I went to Gunwharf Quays, a discount shopping outlet in Portsmouth and found to my surprise that the Paul smith men's shop were selling samples of shoes for between £30 and £50. considering some of thsese cost up to £400 in other shops, these are bargains. However they are samples, therefore they come in different colours to the available range. They are also mainly available in size 6 and 8( since this is Paul Smith though, some might actually be size 9s).They have hundreds of different models available and have been getting more and more in over the past few weeks. All are unworn howver some may have miniscule dents in the soles, if leather from when the models have walked off the catwalk.

Since Paul Smith is one of the most iconic (and expensive!) British designers around, if you leave near portsmouth or even in london, these shoes are worth buying. I saved over £500 and am thoroughly delighted with my purchases.

I am not 100% sure but it is possible that Bista, a dsicount shopping outlet in Oxfordshire may have Paul Smith women's shoes under the same deal.

Well worth having a look at though

edit: the Oxford shopping outlet is apparently called Bicester, thanks to cactus for telling me this and for any Londoners interested, it is a 90 minute journey by car to Gunwharf which also has great deals on hundreds of other designers) or Bicester

Paul Smith has outlet in London as well.
Plus Portsmouth is a bit far for getting just one big brand.

Don't know what you're on about saying some of them are "up to £400" - Paul Smith themselves don't sell any for more than £260 (and that's only one pair), and the majority are well under £200...

If I take a photo of my shoes I'm convinced someone on here will offer to buy me a new pair. They have to be seen to be believed

i bought a pair of boots in the store which the woman told me went on to become a range which go for over £300 on the market. i believe they are known as the hall range. i searched for them on the internet and found a site selling them for $800. Also the London outlet is nowhere near as good as the Portsmouth one, it is more like a warehouse. Gunwharf Quays has hundreds of different shops, all well known high street brands. polo Ralph Lauren and Burberry always have good bargains going on.

i bought them in black leather and they were not suede.

the other pair were mock croc, also black.

also in answer to dotmess' question i guarantee you will ened up buying more than just one brand if you go.

What is so special about these shoes to justify their cost?

Serious question.

The same can be said for all those ridiculously overpriced "fashion" items.

If people are mug enough to pay those prices....

seriously...... if fashion meant nothing to us all we'd all be q-ing round the block for asda clothes mate, or in the charity shops. As it is, the majority of people enjoy the psychology of clothes shopping and treating themselves.

But I'm sure you knew that.

And HOGE - you openly admit to spending over £800 on a tv and then post comments like that? lols! ;)

Well they're obviously going to cost more if they're exported to America...

But anyway, much as I'd like to re-create Brokeback Mountain, those shoes aren't for me...
