I used these last week, they're excellent! Fresh cut roses + free chocolates + free delivery, all arrived the following day by Royal Mail from Guernsey. An extra 15% in cashback from QuidCo into the bargain.

Highly recommended customer service + truly live up to their name! My other half is well pleased + was really surprised to receive her flowers, wondering what I'd done wrong to be sending them hehe...

Their T&C is not to refund but to arrange another delivery. Might take it for next birthday (in 2008) of the missus.
