thought i'd post thi as it seems like it could be a fantastic deal IF the quidco cashback works.
Needed house insurance and decided (through another post on this forum) to do it separately.
I've taken contents with Barclays which cost £96 (through quidco which should give me £100 back - so that's £4 profit to start)
Then i picked up this code hmo31 on moneysupermarket.com, typed it in when asked for a promotional code (not expecting anything as i'd only taken out contents)and it gave details of a £50 cash back cheque offer which will be sent out after 28 deays if all terms and conditions are met.
This offer came up when i did the moneysupermarket search but i thought you would only be able to get it through that site. I was very surprised to see it (hopefully) working for quidco!
Now i wish i'd taken buildings out with them (separately) as well.

Please if it does not track through quidco in a couple of days cancel the policy, mine never tracked and a yeaer later it is still at sent to merchant

Just need buildings but.....You have entered a voucher code that is not recognised. Please check you have entered the code correctly or clear the field and press "Next" again.
...always worth a try though...not even sure if the Quidco will track for just building, I think you need to have both.

I wouldnt bet on Quidco
I have had over 300 quid never tracked and still at "sent to Merchant".
Yes, I have had other stuff through them fine but just dont rely on them. okay?

I got my house insurance through Barclays for £120 contents only cash back was £90 it tracked and I got it within about 2 months .. in my bank. They were cheapest to start with so in a round about way I only paid £30 for a years house insurance can't get better!!

I did and mine didnt track, i sent in an enquiry through quidco with the policy number and it has been on sent to merchant since, its now a year and obvious i aint going to get it

got my Barcalys £125 tracked within 7 days for house insurance, payment august.
