Cd wow have gone really **** recently. My last order I had to cancel as they did not dispatch for 3 months lost out on my £2.00 voucher.

They have major supplier problems who are not giving them credit anymore, due their their recent law bending.

Yeah, as I've posted recently, the last 5 orders with them have been problematic in one way or another. Buy with caution!

TongPo - ask them for the voucher code to be reissued. I've done that 3 times now, and they do give you one back.

and me.... have had two boxsets on back order for months and months and they keep moving the expected despatch date... with little apology. i also had a dvd delivered from them last week that will not play on any dvd machine... it seems to be blank... they've told me i have to send it to cyprus and they will issue me for a credit for the postage charges... aye, right.....

E-mail them about losing the £2 voucher and they should give you another one.

Thank God - I though it was just me!!! I have 4 orders since May which have been delayed - but CD-Wow cheekily charge you at order point which seems unfair to me - esp when they can't deliver. There is no option to cancel either!

Shame as they used to be really great, but since the lawsuit thay have been **** - I am avoiding them now until they sort it all out.

I've had exactly the same problem with 4cheapcds.com. They charged me, didn't deliver it, wouldn't answer e-mails, and when they finally did they claimed they had never recieved any mail from me........... it's a shame that the e-mail they sent me included my original complaint e-mail, which had been sent internally at their end, which they then sent back to me. Their excuse, "we receive thousands of e-mails every day, and we got confused." Lying bunch of .....

You have to email help@cd-wow.com with your order number and state that you want to cancel and require a refund.
