price should include p&p
£2.49 plus vat is the cheapest so overall cost should be £8.79
This is not one of my favourite retailers atm as they cancelled my order (and other HUKD members' orders) for the Logitech UltraX Media Remote Control without any email or reason

it says in the thread £8.79 delivered,but as they have a store i presume you can pick it up for £5.86.yes ive gone off them aswell but the price deserved a post.

I have a 1101 model, 512mb which looks the same. It was advertised as having an FM radio but members recommendations here were to upgrade the software from Tatungs site. I did this and lost the FM function. Not sure if it ever worked though as I only saw it on the menu before upgrading, did not actually use it.
Good player, sound and earphones OK too.

Bought a bundle of these players. And I have to say that they're very good at the price I paid. Including postage they worked out at around £6.50 each! How good is that?

They come in a well put together package, shink-wrapped in a box with manual etc. They appear to use similar software to all the Chinese players, but it's been optimised for the buttons on this player, to make it logical and easy to use.

Unfortunately, it doesn't play video out of the box, you have to go to the Tatung website and download the middleware and upgrade it. This process is easy peasy and takes only a few minutes.

After that, you've got a great little video player, which is surprisingly usable. The screen is extremely clear and bright as well. I highly recommend this.

Unfortunately, the price has gone up again now, but at the initial published price, it's amazing!

Yeah, I noticed that they went back up on Friday night. Which is a shame, since when I saw how good they were, I was going to buy another 20 of them! Great little player.

If you only want to spend £12.31 on a player, then you could do worse than this one. You'd pay this for a 512mb player in asda, which wouldn't look as nice and wouldn't be able to play video.

Note though, that 1 out of 20 of the original batch I bought had a duff screen. Still worked, but it was dark and looked like the green part of the LCD wasn't responding too well.

Hope they come down in price again.

Radio is in the headphones so not in the main player so you lose the radio if you replace the headphones but on the bright side the radio works well unlike a lot of the built in ones and you can use the radio when the mp3 player runs out of charge. Superb price.

Can the radio be used independent of the player? I upgraded the software from Tatungs website and lost mention of the radio on the screen options.
I cannot get the radio, and if it works just from the headphones without the player connected, maybe the battery in the radio bit is flat?
