I joined Be last week - with £24 Quidco. Not bitter, as the service has been excellent. The only hiccup was them sending me a router with out-dated firmware on it. They did sort it out, via a freephone support line though. Be's comms throughout sign-up is second to none: you get email and sms updates all the time.

Voted hot, but be aware, I signed up with Be on 14th Sept and although the Quidco deal was showing £55 at that time it's only tracked as £24! I've submitted an earnings enquiry but even so I'm not too bothered as I was going to sign up anyway, and it's saving me £4 per month compared to my old ISP.

Pity I didn't pick up on the free connection + free month code though. :(

The quidco website says that this will happen to start with:

Syd - That message on Quidco must just have appeared, at least I'll swear it wasn't there the last time I looked! I've cancelled my Quidco enquiry. Quidco could do with updating thier Bethere description though, it describes the old Be Value package and not the new one.

EnZo - Impossible to tell exactly what speed you'll get without knowing more. Best place to ask is Be forum at http://www.thinkbroadband.com/. Be use ADSL2+ technology therefore you should theoretically get better speeds than most standard broadband packages through a BT telephone line. Be do not have any usage caps, at least not currently.

Speed is fully dependant on how far you live from your local exchange.

Be is not in anyway shape of form capped.
