I assume you've checked that it's an actual official Littlewoods letter and not some Phishing scam ??
Does the telephone number match up to any that you already know for Littlewoods ?
Don't understand why they want you to phone but then I'm no expert on what Littlewoods do :)

Be careful................

They will continue to do this because despite all the bluster, they weren't taken to task for their law-breaking.

Use the discount, and have a nice christmas on them.

Indeed. Use the code, then say goodbye again.

Can you give me the voucher code please so we can all ring them up... thanks.

i have deliberately not posted the voucher number because if it is genuine and not a way to get me on the phone to claw back money (and it's definitely littlewoods..but oh my gosh, you should see how long the paragraph is at the bottom about using codes) it will be linked to my account. it would be irresponsible to give it out and have people get hammered for £50 they wouldn't normally spend if they ask them for it back cos its linked to my account

If you want something then use it. But keep the voucher and the envelope it came in. Store it away for a few months and then chuck it if you hear nothing from them.

It is a genuine voucher - it was posted on here in September, I think.

I phoned up and used it for £130 Disney Princess TV/DVD combi.
I was going to buy it anyway so it won't be a major loss if (or when!) they turn round later and tell me I have to pay the £50 back! :giggle:

Yeh, just keep the voucher just as extra proof, just in case they try it with you later
