  If they're an EU national, then they are entitled to a certain level of treatment - in the same way you would be if, god forbid, you were allowed to travel to another EU country.
  If they are from outside of the EU, then they are charged for any treatment ... heavily.

  They helped my boy when he was little, he's now a healthy 21 year old, amazing people. Seeing the kids in there really puts your life & problems into perspective.

  There was a report out the other day saying hospitals are owed up to 2 million each from non paying foreign nationals. Not very pc i know but british people are paying for foreign nationals to get free treatments.

  It is an amazing hospital.
  
  I work in the NHS but I don't understand why great ormond st hospital (GOSH) actively advertise when most other excellent childrens city hosptial units would not do so.
