yup, fruit is overrated IMO, stick to veg, hardly an kcals.

Quite tight!!

Also fruit contains a lot of natural sugar so although there is loads of vitamins and goodness in fruit the sugar in it is a little wrong but i think the goodness overrides that!
How about the "special k diet" that always comes with the keeping fit adverts - not really sure how good it is myself but worth a go?

I think there is some sort of sit up where you twist your body at the same time that is meant to help.

Look up callanetics, thats meant to work quickly.

take a look around on holiday, you will certainly not be the only one!!! also, skinny blokes are soooooo unsexy imho!!!!

Maple Syrup diet. Makes you loose a lot of weight pretty quickly.

Alternatively you could starve yourself for a few weeks. That will help burn up all the excess fat.

love the words of encouragement.

cut out meat and dairy honestly, the weight will fall off... I lost 2st in 3months by doing that (with no exercise) was only 13st to begin with so wasnt majorly fat!

I tried Atkins and it does work in that the weight falls off but it give you stinky breath and stuff.

Just have a healthy ballenced diet. Don't go for low fat foods as they are usually overloaded with sugar which the body turns to fat.

Eat small meals reguarly, don't skimp on breakfast and don't eat late at night as your metabolism slows down in the evening and you wont be able to burn off the fat as well.

I'm guessing you work and don't have all day to invest in this.

First don't make a massive cut back on food, crash diets don't work. You will loose weight off all of your body and make your love handles look no better.

After not working for a while I put on some weight not a huge amount but enough for every body to notice.

Breakfast: cornflakes one day, coco pops (treat and choc fix in one) the next with semi skimmed milk. Also has most of your vitamins for the day.

Lunch: scrambled egg on toast. (only use the egg white, no butter and wholemeal bread) and tuna (canned in spring water)on toast the next (again no butter and wholemeal bread).

Tea: grilled chicken breast and salad. (marinade the chicken if its too bland, I used lemon and herbs or tikka spice) If the salad is to dry to eat put a little oil and vinegar on but no mayo or the like. Next day same meal but change the chicken for salmon.

If you are hungry at any point eat carrots and a pint of water. Don't think I'll wait to my next meal eat some carrots.

Right now for some exercise. 30 min after breakfast use the cross trainer (I ran) for 30 min. After lunch go for a walk for 30 min. Walk as fast as you can and make sure you swing your arms.
After work go to the swimming pool and swim for an hour, then go home and eat tea. 1 hour after tea do 30 min on the cross trainer. Now relax your done for the day. If your hungry before bed time have some carrots.

Yep, you might still have your love handles but at least your eye sight and hopping ability should improve.

lol - but he is right about the carrots - if you dont eat when you feel hungry your body will store fat because it thinks its gonna starve (clever body)........so you must eat something if you are hungry - and you look so good in orange lol

Thanks for the advise but not everything you recommend is possible, i start work at 6am weekdays (up @5am) and don't usually get home until between 4-5pm, I only get a 25min break in work. I also have 2 kids to look after when i get home, I eat shredded wheat everyday before work, then fruit and yogurt throughout the day and 2L of water, this is all i have until i get home, i am going to stop eating fruit and yogurt and will start eating more veg instead (including carrots :-D). I will try and be more disciplined with my evening meals as this is where i usually have problems, (Grilled chicken and carrots on the menu :thumbsup:)


As I said its just what I did but you get the idea. If you only have 3 weeks then the food aspect wont solve the problem, you will need to greatly improve on the amount of exercise you do. I'm sorry to say but without huge amounts of exercise you wont get your results in 3 weeks.

Went on hol to Spain a few weeks back - thinking back to the sights I saw while over there, I wouldn't worry about the handles!
