They most certainly will. Usually it runs for a month to give you the chance to notify your contacts, but you will have to set up a new address and account with your new isp.

This is why you should always use an external email address that is not tied to your ISP.

not sure tbh but my virgin email still works 2 years after i left them and they said my emal would expire when left

I left AOL over 2yrs ago and kept the email address but it changed automtaically from aol.com to aol.co.uk but everything find it's way in there.I suppose tho they do provide email addresses free anyway so maybe this why I got to keep it originally.

Are you still a Sky TV customer? If so I think you can keep your email address as it's linked to your Sky account.

i was with bt previsouly and moved to sky and my bt account still works now after 1 year so maybe it will

Im still using an old @ntlworld.com i had when i left ntl for a year - that was 8 years ago lol ! ;-)

Just goes to show how often, and most probs how much auditing, it takes for them to do it. Suppose like already said hit'n'miss.
