We have an old farmhouse and this is our dream home-was an absolute shambles when we bought it 8 years ago-needed completely rewired, replumbed, windows, floors, internal walls-everything really!

back garden is about the size of 2 football pitches so great for the kids-5 bedrooms,2 public rooms, office for me-we saved for 17 years to buy it and pay for the building work-we dont have any neighbours which suits me just fine.

3 bed council semi, garden is work in progress, decent area, handy for school and shops that are competitive and often beat supermarket prices between them, (all within 3 minutes walk), buses every ten minutes into town take ten minutes to get there) sorted.

Live in a 3 bed semi-detached
Very happy here at the moment.
Ideal home would be a country cottage :)
#19
Surrounded by views of the Sea and countryside, 3 Bed Detached, 1 1/2 years old, designed to my spec but only rented, 2 kids(adult size :x) and a couple of cats and a garden that is smallish. Last house was 5 bedroom detached in 1 Acre of land in gorgeous Countryside, before that in London..similar to COM 3 story Victorian house 4 beds (my fav) first time I've rented though now :?

the neighbours are a bonus too :-D:whistling:

nah, ive got Hilary's popping round on Friday :w00t:

A two bedroom flat over a shop. The building dates back to 1650. The whole street is listed and its almost in the centre of town. Fine for now but would like a place with a garden in the future.

well in light of todays news I may be moving soon but i'll pass on the shed, yr pervy neighbour looks like he still has a couple of 'hop over the fence's left yet and I dont wanna chance it :w00t:

4 bed semi. Just finished major extension, added 7 more rooms. Love it now we finished the decorating, just need to furnish all the rooms now.

Its just gets better! Get the "most haunted" team round to check it out.
Are the rooms big or small?

its quite small but has high ceilings compared to most property of the time. If that Yvette and Carl come near here i will punch them. If i am going to get some ghost hunters then i prefer some that haven't been proven to be cheats at least :p
