what is msdn
technically yes - as long as you have a disk to install them from, it should work, and assuming your pc is 64bit
legally no - the oem licence is only valid on the original machine, not sure about the msdn licence
in reality, the only person to know yoou have done this is you, so what you worried about, there both yours
Get another MSDN licence for whatever OS you want - I assume seeing as you have MSDN on one PC then you have a valid subscription.
i'm only allowed one each i think (i have to request them weird i know). i used all the other ones up. :-( i'll figure something out

It must depend on which MSDN sub you have I guess, I can have 10+ individual licences for each OS, and volume licences as well.
