Just ask yourself the inverse - whats the point of living if we don't cease to exist - and the answer will remain the same.

Married life is great, I'm just thinking about my kids, kids, kids kids, kids future...

She had her 14 week scan on Thursday everything looks good, the baby wiggled while we were watching :) The due date has been moved forward a day to my birthday which would be a really good gift, but guess I'm not having a party this year or any good presents for the rest of my life. :(

how awesome! u know first babies usually are overdue so u prob will get to party..a little!

One theory say that once all the matters been used over and over again in stars it'll even out over the whole universe. The background temperature will be about 2 k and after about a trillion years of that all that'll be left is a quantum foam as matter dissolves back into its constituent particles. Entropy will reach a maximum and that it, you can't reverse entropy. . .

By the time (billions of years into the future) that the Universe runs out of hydrogen then the human race would have died out by then and no doubt the earth destroyed by a collision or sucked into a black hole.

Worry about that instead. :D

Listen, don't worry.
When the baby arrives you'll be so sleep deprived you'll be praying for the universe to end!!
suspended#16
Humans have screwed the Earth up anyway, so it doesn't really matter.

I'd love to be around to see it lol

The sun will explode before that happens.

pretty sure our galaxy is on a collision course with one called andromeda so we'll be smashed apart before all that... *sigh*

on the subject of humans, the way i see it were not screwing the world up in terms of the world will be screwed, were screwing it up for ourselves! the world can deal with our impacts as you just have to look at the state it was when it was first created.. everythings cyclical and things that have been extinct once never existed anyway, things can evolve again but we have to look at what kind of environment and life we are creating for ourselves to exist inwhile we are around.... its selfish but the world will continue after us

Speak for yourself.

I'll be safely installed in my immortal robot body by then.
