Just use a national rate, you shouldnt fork out extra for a service that isnt really 100% needed, email and live support is okay.

Why do you hate 0800 numbers? They are free for the consumer, instead of having to ring 0845 numbers and pay local rate when you might have inclusive calls on your phone package. Or, even worse, having to ring 0870 numbers and pay up to 10p a minute while the person receiving the call makes money on it.
0800 numbers are fine in my opinion.

Can be a bit annoying when you are out and about on your mobile and need to contact a company - they are chargable numbers (dont come out of your allowance)
