Try saynoto0870, these numbers are all geographic (so free if you have minutes on your mobile):

0191 2701763 Newcastle Interlink Express
0121 6983870 Tracking of parcels sent by International Express Interlink Express
01530 245566 Markfield, Leicestershire Interlink Express
0208 7516363 Heathrow Depot InterLink Express
01904 737480 York & Scarborough depot Interlink Express
01452 415520 Gloucester

Otherwise it will be national rate (or more on mobiles) - 8p ish on a landline and 20-25 on a mobile usually.

I'm not sure of the cost (i think it's the cost of a national call, but i'm not certain).

Instead of dialling 0870 i usually use http://www.saynoto0870.com/search.php to look for an 01/02 or freephone number. I did a searach for interlink and loads of numbers came up.

Hope this helps

The dialling code 0870 is now defined By OFCOM as Special Services: Higher Rate. When originally introduced, it was to be charged at no more than BT's standard national rate charges of 7.91p daytime, 3.95p evening and 1.5p weekend.

I was reading up on this too I think the main issue with 0870 numbers that it allows companies to put callers on hold forever and still generate revenue.
