IF YOUR COMPUTER CRASHES WHEN YOU'RE DOING CPU-INTENSIVE TASKS, YOU PROBABLY DO. OTHERWISE, DON'T BOTHER. IF OTHERS GETS LOWER TEMPERATURES THAN YOU, IT'S PROBABLY BECAUSE THEY'VE GOT A DIFFERENT CPU OR A COLDER ROOM. 32C PROBABLY ISN'T A LOT WARMER THAN YOUR ROOM IS, MIND.

ON MY ASUS MOTHER BOARD DRIVER DISC THERE IS A PROGY CALLED ASUS PC PROBE IT TELLS ME FAN SPEED AND CPU TEMP AND A BUNCH OF OTHER STUFF

What are you using to create 'full' load? Theres lots of different ways of 'maxing' a CPUs utilisation, they can actually differ in power consumption (and thus temperature) quite considerably...
