I GOT AN UNPAID ITEM STRIKE,FUNNY THING IS I GOT A REFUND FROM PAYPAL AS THEY WOULDENT POST IT AS THERE POST OFFICE SAYS MY PAYPAL CONFERMED ADDRESS DOSSENT EXIST:?

ive had to post something to someone whose address didnt exist before - i just emailed them and they said it was the right one but even the post office said their address didn't exist! you need to contact the seller to get the unpaid item strike removed - ebay can't/won't do anything about it - it is ENTIRELY in the hands of the seller who gave it to you in the first place - they have the power to remove it

Ebay can remove it,you just have to send them the reference of the original paypal payment which proves you did pay,you really should have entered that into the unpaid item dispute while it was still open though, but it can still be fixed

And since the seller decided to give you the unpaid item strike when they were the ones who refused to send it to you I would open a non performing seller dispute against them and see how they like it ! :whistling:

Quote from ebay....

As a buyer, you are obliged to pay for items you buy or win. Failure to do so is a breach of our Unpaid Item Policy, and you may receive an Unpaid Item Strike.

An Unpaid Item strike can be removed if:

-You send us proof that you paid for the item.

-You send us proof that your seller excused you from your obligation to pay for the item.

-The seller removes the strike via their account.....

So just send proof of your original payment

Then just leave the seller detailed seller ratings of 1 in all categories & it will auto come up on screen...was there a problem with this transaction? with a phone number to ring them on or they will ring you to appologise for your bad experience and you can tell them all about it then
