1 hour sleep, and now a ful day of college! What would you recommend?

Dont think it was even an hour, to be honest. I think last night has to be the worst night of sleep i have ever had!

Im going to go to tesco on the way to college and stock up on a coulpe of cans of red bull, what would you reccomend to help me through the day?

collage :? Get loads of pieces of paper and pictures from newspapers and magazines then glue them to paper.

Then join the next spelling class at college you come across.

BTW diet coke has more caffeine than red bull. But it will be a short lived high. I would recommend eating nuts and bananas.

Its caffeine tablets. They give you a short term boost like red bull, diet coke and coffee do. But again the high soon becomes a low. You need to sustain yourself until you can next get to sleep and the best way is via power foods, seeds, nuts and some fruits.

ok, i've never bought or used it before, i've only heard of it today, but this is what i've come up with, tescos, adsa, sainsburys and some chemists sell it as well :thumbsup:

OH DEAR.. i feel for you.. have you got things on your mind?? I work shifts and know just how hard it is when you can't sleep and have to get up to face a day feeling absolutely knackered.. I would say drink plenty of water and eat fruit.. besides fruit is better for you than that red bull stuff and cheaper too.. Good Luck

yh, im going to have to alter my sleep pattern for like a week now, i just couldnt get to sleep, i tried everything! The day feels so daunghting!

sometimes the clocks going back doesnt help either.. i know its only an hour but the difference with daylight hours bu**ers the body clock up a bit

you can buy pro plus in tescos and in any chemist - they really work for me and have always worked for family (all singers) there has been a down side to me personally and that is when you stop taking them you rally do have to sleep for a long time - over 10 hrs - its as if you put the tierdness 'on hold'

don't fill yourself full of cafine, get some proper rest. Good 8-9 hours will sort you well out.

i like ur style, i wud avoid things to keep me up also, nout like a double bed and a good night sleep with a bit of a bunk thrown in there.

Hiya,

Ideally you need to sort out your sleep patterns, try getting hold of some Kalms or something similar, sold in boots the chemist etc.

But if you need a bit of pep in your step from time to time, you could do worse than try the dymetadrine 24+ tablets from [url]www.dymetadrine24.com[/url]

I'm not linked with wthis site in any way, but have ordered from them before and they are reliable.

These will really keep you awake, but make sure you don't take them after about 5pm or you may struggle to get to sleep the following night making your problems worse.

Hope these help, read all the warnings on them first, and don't take them if you got heart trouble.

i didnt sleep a wink all night, i had a long hot shower bout 4 hours ago and have been out and about already and not sleepy...so yea hot shower :thumbsup:

heya, thanks everyone for all of the replies, i've picked up loads of helpfull tips !

Well i've survived! Think i am going to have a quick power nap at 6ish and am going to have an early night and try to go to bed at 11 :)

Red bull and coca cola mixed together usually does me, that and lucozade to keep the energy levels up, and if you feel sleepy than a short 15 minute power nap will help. That usually helps me at exam times when I stay awake for days on end!
