Can you cancel it?

Will this work for contents only? Terms looked a bit vague.

Got pet insurance with Sainsburys through Quidco last April, payment denied as no details of policy found. Funny that they paid out £1200 in Nov when the cat got run over!! Still denying any trace of a policy!

Don't bank on getting your money!

Can you cancel it?

I should think there would be a cancellation charge dependant on the length of the time remaining on the policy

If you have made a claim, or you cancel or amend
the terms of your policy, after the first 30 days of
the policy, you may be entitled to a refund of part
of the premium paid for the rest of the current
insurance period. Halifax General Insurance Services
Limited may make a charge when a policy is
cancelled or amended. This will be a reasonable
amount to reflect the cost of administration. The
charge may be added to your premium or deducted
from any refund due to you. Where the charge is
more than the refund, no refund will be paid.

Then why do they have that in the Policy Booklet

Still waiting for last years payout of £51 - was due in May. Got an email saying they were querying all payouts due to abuse!
