On a serious note get him something that makes lots of noise and has some form of input. Will annoy your Aunty/Uncle whilst providing a mild form of education. Winner winner.

I bought this eBay item number 160483986404
A set of train carriages spelling the boy's name out.
Also...have a look at this thread: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=3172700
A Vtech sort & soar rocket which has great reviews, down to £4.20 normally £15-ish.

Cute, I love it, but it's listed as a new baby gift so I suspect the sizing of the baby outfits will be too small.

I think the aunt/uncle will not see the humour in this, even tough it is very cute :)

Urm, you could get some really nice organic bath/shampoo/talc selection like Burts Bees, or you can get some nice bits at the supermarket and make a nice hamper or selection.
A special book.
A beanbag chair.
Ask mum and dad?
Tickets to the zoo or local petting zoo.

VTech Singing Nursery Rhyme Book 116053
VTech Crawl Ball 117869
My First Musical TV 125025
Activity Triangle 113759
