After 10 days waiting for an order,I emailed them,and then and only then did they email me to tell me, my order is out of stock.

Not good customer service at all and have emailed them to tell them so.

As they told me in email,out of stock after they recieved my order......I think 10days to tell me, is way out of order......rant over.

Any one else got any experiences of this company...good or bad....



Update.....got a phone message from your company,stating a full refund to my card,also they have credited my account with money voucher to spend as I please
I guess it's a good way to apoligise and keep customers happy.
But still,out of stock should be advised asap.
I will try and ordered something and see how I get on,and if positive,I certainly will post a good review

yes the same happened to me, id ordered two desks, only one arrived . we rang them and they assured us the other one was on its way, over a week later no sign of it so we rang them only to be told the order had been cancelled as the desk had been damaged in transit.. no email , phone call or anything. very poor customer service .
and why they had to cancel and not just send another one out is beyond me

i ordered a tv and wasn't there to accept it. i rang to find out what had happened to it and they told me it had be stolen. so they gave me my money back and i didn't re order. however i did get a cheap three door pine wardrobe from them..swings and roundabouts i suppose...

what are they gonna say........its out of stock....sorry!!

i say keep this thread for all the cdiscount horror/dissapointment stories as they happen on a daily basis

i also received horrendous service after having my order accepted then the next day cancelled due to a credit check.....after paying in ful and not appling for credit

BE WARNED ALL ORDERS WILL ADD A CREDIT REFERNCE CHECK TO YOUR CREDIT SCORE REGARDLESS OF IF PAYING IN FULL OR NOT.......THIS IS COMPANY POLICY APPARENTLY:?

i have spoken with your customer services team when this happened and i was told this is what happens by them STANDARD PROCEDURE

i then rang your payment processing company third eye and was told they did do a credit check

so either you are lieing or your staff are lieing my friend........i never received my order after the full amount was taken from my account

i have since sent a letter to your head office complaining about this and am yet to receive a reply on the matter

Strange to do a credit check if paying in full??? :thinking:
