After 10 days waiting for an order,I emailed them,and then and only then did they email me to tell me, my order is out of stock.
Not good customer service at all and have emailed them to tell them so.
As they told me in email,out of stock after they recieved my order......I think 10days to tell me, is way out of order......rant over.
Any one else got any experiences of this company...good or bad....
Update.....got a phone message from your company,stating a full refund to my card,also they have credited my account with money voucher to spend as I please
I guess it's a good way to apoligise and keep customers happy.
But still,out of stock should be advised asap.
I will try and ordered something and see how I get on,and if positive,I certainly will post a good review
