Hit and miss with me. Have ordered several times from them since discovering the site about 3 weeks back.

First item arrived within a week, second item took about 18 days, 3rd item is still yet to arrive (about 15 days) and item 4 already arrived after less than a week (despite order being placed after item 3!) I also have 3 more orders coming my way lol

Put it this way, I won't be ordering any thing else intended for Christmas now!

Hey thats not fair you getting christmas before us!! Now thats a hot deal!!

Ive had stuff from DX take between 4 days for an instock item and 3/4 weeks for stuff in short stock.

Ordered 3 times, first came withing a week, then the 3rd thing I needed fast and so ordered the 3 day guaranteed service, it took 3 weeks not 3 days lol

I've made a single order, using the free delivery service, and it took about five days to arrive. Very good, considering it's from China.

I've been using DX for a year or so now and progressively they have got worse as they get more well known on sites like this. It just seems they can't keep up with the orders any more, and it takes them a week now just to dispatch an order.
If it is lost they will give a refund - but their support tickets take ages to get repsonded to. I have one open for a RMA from a two weeks ago.

still waiting for mine i ordered about 10 days ago,

just a small order to see what they were like, wont be ordering big from them

Sorry to bump this thread, but I ordered 3 lcd picture keyfobs at the end of November as xmas presents...and I'm still waiting (7th Jan despite getting their 3 day(!) delivery).

I've raised a ticket with them and how do they resolve the issue? - did they re-send the items or refund? Well, neither! they tell me to go to the post office (like there's only one :roll:) and ask on it.

Since I have no missed delivery card and since only the sender can track the parcel we're in limbo.

All I want is a refund as they are pretty useless xmas pressies now...

My recommendation is to avoid, as I'll have to get my credit card company on their case now. :x

No probs with me in 6 orders except for delivery of the TTS card (and they've kept me updated about stock problems). I like them and will continue to use. If an item shows in stock for immediate delivery, I expect to receive it about 10 days. Great company, great prices if you aren't in a rush.

Its unfortunate the postman nicking your parcel has now led you to tarnish deal extreme. Hardly their fault - though they are naughty if they havent replied to your emails.

On a side note - your credit card wont be doing anything. You paid via paypal - its them you need to contact! And good luck with that!!!!!!

^ it may not be their fault but it's their responsibility!

I found the same thing with 'missing' orders, their response is always 'wait and it will come' - for months and months and months 'wait and it will come'.

thanks everyone for telling me about your delightful encounter with dealextreme lol, what would happen if your product is lost??? would you get a refund??


I had one go missing (about $25 value) and they sent another. They did need a little prompting though.

The email ticket went a little bit like this.

>It has been 30 days and has not arrived.

>>Please check your post office

>Already done that, what are you going to do about it.

>>Confirmed we sent item. Sometimes the post is delayed. Please give it more time

>Okay, I will give it up to the 45 day cutoff for filing a paypal chargeback

>>Replacement sent, you new order number is XXXXXXXXXX

The replys were taking avg. 2 days a time. They ordered the replacement about 15 minutes after I mentioned a payapl chargeback :D
