Just bought a 22" monitor, the Viewsonic VX2260wm, for my xbox 360, and I'm trying to set it up on my PC.

The screen res of 1920x1080 is not available in the display settings, even when I've updated all my drviers. Is there something I'm doing wrong, or is it because of the basic onboard graphics?

At the moment, I have the option of selecting one of the following screen resolutions -

800x600
1024x768
1280x1024
1600x1200
1920x1440

Motherboard - ASRock P4VM8 (on board graphics - via s3g unichrome pro igp)
Running XP

Thanks
