Three, the network.

Does anyone have a Pay Monthly or Pay As You Go on Three?

Are they reliable?
Good customer service?
Always a helping hand if I walked into one of their stores?

All feedback is appreciated since I have my eye on a contract.

Cheers,
J

Yeh the gf is on three, I dare to ask her what its like because she killed her phone. She referred a friend and got £30 worth of credit on her contract which I see as pretty good.

Theres a store in the town where I live. I may see if I can get a good deal by going there, but I miss on the Quidco opportunity..

Well, I got £40 off my phone and a 256mb memory card when I bought it, Nokia 6230i about a year ago, so I will give it a try, see what its worth.

Umm, probably the £15 texter. 75 minutes is cutting it short though. With the Sony Ericsson Z610i Black/Blue or Sony Ericsson K610i. Not fussed about phone, don't like the Nokia's they offer.

Customer Service is based in India so it's pot luck whether you get someone who understands you or a robot reading a script with no real grasp of the language. (Not racist but a fact)

I much prefer O2.

Know what you mean, its not racism at all just honest and isn't really helpful to you or any other customer in need of help.

Any reasons why you prefer 02, or just because of the customer serivce? I think there a bit pricey for a student.

I find O2's coverage much more reliable whereas 3 often loses the 3G signal for me and rarely works in shopping centres. Also it was mainly down to the hopeles customer service that i left and went back to O2. It's all well and good having a cheaper contract but not much good when you can't get someone to understand the problems you're having.

Totally understand what you mean. Don't know whether its best to compremise for cheaper or pay the little extra for the service. Will see what Quidco can chuck back at me.

Thanks for the help xx
