3 mobile T&C

With great offer from 3 mobile I was thinking of buying the contract from them and so called my t mobile provider for PAC code. They gave me my PAC code without any fuss ( apart from typical stupid deals) but wanred me about 3 mobiles new T&C which says

"Applications for products and services
The details of products and services including the prices are subject to change without notice. The provision of details of products and services (if any) on this website is not, and should not be construed as, an offer to sell or buy such products or services by the relevant company nor any guarantee of availability."

Acording to him 3 can change there price plan by reducing the minutes or charging more without notice and youwon't be able to cancel your contract based on that!!! Is that correct?

I am bit confused with it.

I may be wrong - but that link and the passage you quoted is for use of their website! It says this at the top.

By accessing, browsing and/or using our website including the 3 music store, you agree to the following terms and you agree to use the site in accordance with all applicable laws. If you do not agree you must not use our website.
Reference to "3" in the following terms and conditions means Hutchison 3G UK Limited.

Best to clarify with free direct and ask them to show in the T&Cs what would happen if they hyked the prices - could you cancel - and ask them to show the details.

My guess is it would be illegal for them to hold you to a contract that they would be allowed to do this without your ability to walk away. Lets face it, £30 this week, £1000 next and you have to pay! Cant see it being allowed by law.

You'd be wise not to take that as factual! Only my interpetation! Best ask three first as suggested!
