47" LCD or 50" Plasma?

Hey was just wondering what the pros/cons would be if I bought an lcd or a plasma (LCD = £530 AND PLASMA = £540.)

I've got a 47inch model below that LCD set and its great.

that lg is c.£467 from bestbuy if their code is still on

I've got a Panasonic 50" plasma & a Sony 52" LCD and they are both brilliant.
I think it depends on what your viewing/playing, room size and most importantly personal preference (I am not a great LG lover).
Go and sit in front of a few different ones before you decide. - best of luck

Plasma, but spend a bit more and get a Panasonic!!
