abacus has kindly donated a £5 http://www.hotukdeals.com/go/?m=117&u=17&d=http://www.play.com play.com gift voucher that he's not going to use. I thought we could give it away to a deserving member in here.

I'll decide by roughly midday tomorrow who will receive it, and they can spend it before midnight, Friday night.

What I want you to do - post in here what you would buy with the voucher, and why. This is just a bit of fun, so don't get all mad a greedy and fighting with each other!!

Rules:

[* You are only allowed to make one post to enter the comp
[* You must not edit that post once it has been submitted, so make it right first time
[* The post must contain a link to the item on play.com (and a pic would be nice too)
[* Have fun! You can still have discussions in this thread, but remember -0 you're only allowed one entry, subsequent entires will be null and void.

Other fart machines are for wimps and losers. With the Fartaphone you are not limited to the same pre-recorded sounds played endlessly over and over again. With the fartaphone, all creative discretion is left to the user! A small digital recorder allows you to record your own trumpet tune. Excellent for general merriment or serious blowing off competitions! No longer are your proudest explosions lost forever!

Cummon guys, get your begging letters in :giggle: lines close at 12 remember :)

I think it would be a decent gesture if the winner of this voucher pledged to donate half to charity..as it's that time of year what about £2.50 to the British Legion?
#26
Its a shame we just cant donate this, and all the remaining £1 vouchers to some sort of charity?

Or, possibly, we round the whole unwanted lot up, and, if possible, order things on the charitys behalf so they can auction them off/raffle them or something?

Alright, time to announce the winner. The above post made me chuckle, and I think I'll award the £5 voucher to Caroline.

I'll PM you now, and once you respond I'll forward to the code to you. (In case you don't come online, it needs spent before midnight, so I'll buy something for a HUKD prize instead if you don't claim it in time)

Well done! And thanks to everyone who posted their ideas :pirate:

Congratulations caroline...just hope you haven't used a previous £5 voucher from the star promotion as it looks like Play are only allowing one per customer to be used.

I did use a previous £5 voucher to pre order my son the high school musical dvd earlier this week, i have just checked my emails and Play have emailed to say they have passed the order on to be processed so fingers crossed :whistling:
#35
Good..I just think Play refuses if you place one order after the other in sequence using the vouchers.
