6" x 4.5" Photo Albums?

I've just ordered, from PhotoBox, 299 6" x 4.5" digital prints of my holiday in Florida.

6" x 4.5" is the standard digital print size isn't it?

For some reason I'm having trouble finding a photo album that is able to hold 6" x 4.5" photos! All of the ones I've found only hold the older 6" x 4" size photographs. Surely, with the uptake of digital photos, it should be easy to find an album capable of holding digital prints in their native size/ratio - I don't want to crop my prints down to 6" x 4".

Has anyone managed to find album that can hold 6" x 4.5" photos? I'm looking for an album that has plastic holders/sleeves for each photo, and not the ones that you stick the photos on to the page.

Thanks in advance for any help...

Thanks again - Will do :)

Brilliant - They actually have a load of 4.5" x 6" albums to choose from: http://www.mypix.com/albums-4-x6-11x15-cm-/5_categorie_3_c1_546_s1_8701_c2_xx_s2_xx_c3_xx_s3_xx_c4_xx_s4_xx_p_xx_cas_liste-ukuk_tri.html

Aye they do :) It's dearer than photobox for photos, but the accessories aren't too bad- return customers get £3 cashback everytime too :) Returned your rep by the way and gave you loads of green lights :giggle:

There's a discount here too from voucher section but I don't know if it works :)

The voucher didn't work unfortunately, but it was worth a shot. I've ordered two albums, so I'm really happy. I really appreciate your help (and the green lights).

I'm interested in getting a couple of hundred photos printed and was wondering what this weird white border looks like. Any chance of you uploading a pic and posting it on here or email/pm the details so I can view it.
Obviously post a non personal pic maybe a landscape pic?

Much appreciated if you can or anyone else?

You get the white border if you choose "shrink to fit". Alternatively you can have them crop your pics to fill the print. Not sure why you can't have it shrunk with no borders on two sides, but there you go.

If your pics start with an aspect ratio of 4:3 (common for digital compacts) then they should fit 6x4.5 exactly. Don't choose "shrink to fit" and they should fill the whole print with none cropped off and no white border.

The ordering interface is pretty good at showing you what you're going to get on each one.
