Going ask Midwife about it next wk but just wondering if anyone else has had it,my right one as it mostly around the nipple area, think they been a bit leaky from time to time, specially right one, left one ok really.

Just wondering if anyone else has had it and what did you use, going ask M/W for recommendations next week but say she/he gives me a few options, wondering whats best.

A lot of the nipple creams I've seen are talking about use during breastfeeding so I would presume they should be ok to use in pregnancy too.
It's not sore or itchy but noticed it more last few days and need to sort it before I do have baby cos could cause bother feeding.

It won't cause any bother, mine were really bad but the baby couldn't care less, get some cream that you can use after, like the other post suggested and good luck with the feeding, you'll be fine.

Sounds like dry skin sweetie, E45 cream is always best imo x x

Are they are like small brown scab type bits on the bumpy bits? I had this on my right one, I just left them and they kinda fell off

They are\not anything to worry about and mine went away after the birth.

Yeh we've got some diprobase in it which is very similar, and I swear by that over E45 actually as my youngest had a bad reaction to E45 and I went onto Diprobase as I should listened to her Dad in 1st place other than GP lol.

Oh right,I'll def give it a mention now,cos no point me buyinga cream and not do me any good,it's not bothering me so never considered it to be anything fungal, maybe I'll get asked to go to GP.

I got dark brown patches on inside of my thighs too,I got them with 2nd pregnancy, they faded but since 3rd one on way they appeared again.
I've mainly put it down to hormones and stuff,I was havinga swab taken last time I was pregnant and midwife commented on the dark patches,as she never seen it before, she asked if it was sore chaffed etc and I said nope, and she put it down to hormones. Again the patches have got darker so I put it down to hormones mainly.

the patches never really bothered me either but i thought best mention it, good job i did, but the cream they gave did clear it up, so well worth it.

Well I asked today when I went into clinic and showed the M/W she said she wasn't aware it was a problem and not seen it before and said for me to go see GP sometime.
