Always wear a smart shirt and tie at the very least.

Always, always, always.

I'm of the opinion you can't "overdress" for an interview. Showing a lack of effort for an interview can be viewed that you will be like this if they hire you. Just stick a tie on and you can't go wrong. Best of luck!

In that case, what about a suit jacket to go with, too much?

I would always wear a suit, jacket included, to any interview, wedding or funeral I go to.

I always wear a suit jacket but I think this is more optional than a tie, it's important you feel comfortable also but if you have the suit jacket, might as well wear it!

If you didn't wear a suit where I work, even for a job like that, you would be out the door faster than Speedy Gonzalez

Hand on hip is a must.

It's better to be over-dressed, than under-dressed. Most interviewers make up their mind about you within 7 seconds of meeting you.

And don't be afraid to name drop Orci. It's worked wonders for myself.

Go in a tux, you will deffo get the job then.

Better to be over dressed

I interview many people and love to see people make the effort. It shows they are eager and interested. Dress up, if their is a better position available you may well be considered for it.
Good Luck, keep eye contact, relax and try to be confident. x

Is this a joke op? You have an interview for a supervisory role and you are seriously asking what to wear at an interview?

If you are asking a serious question then you ought to wear a suit, shirt, tie and black shoes.

OP, I would suggest a mohair catsuit, every tom dick and harry is gonna be wearing a shirt and tie.

Remember 1st impressions count !
