A monopoly on CD and DVD sales?

Have you noticed the increase in sites with the format xxxxxentertainment.co.uk. Look at the terms and conditions in whsmithentertainment, argosentertainment. There are probably others, but they are all "white labelled" by one supplier. Is this a good idea to create a monooply by stealth?

i doubt they will create a monolpoly, there will always be a choice where to buy your dvds and cds from.

those stores you mention are part of the hut group, they also include asda, the hut, sendit etc. having so many stores that sell at similar prices won't make them big, like if i open 10 stores in a city selling same products at same prices that ain't gonna make me the biggest player in that sector.
Its the same with alot of shops, Sainsburys and Boots appliances are run by the same company, they just get a cut for using there name.
